I am taking my 2 y/o to NYC in August and need a great umbrella stroller, that doesn’t take up any space when folded up. It needs to be tall so I’m not hunched over pushing it, ( I’m 5 ft 9) and have some storage space. Any good ones out there?

my son will be 4 months right around christmas time when I will be doing a lot of shopping and will be in and out of the car/going through crowded stores. Right now we have a HUGE Bob Revolution which has been great for everything that we’ve done with it thus far (although we’ve had limited use as our son is just 3 weeks old). I’m thinking of a Peg Perego, but I would like something with a larger seat to tuck him in with some blankets to keep him warm and comfortable.
Maclaren has recalled their umbrella strollers due to 12 children having their fingers amputated when the stroller was being opened or closed.
that’s horrible, and scary. thought i would share the article so you parents can be aware of this also.

does anybody know, i thought there was a thing you could but to attach your 2 umbrella strollers together side by side and turn it into a double stroller- this would be sooo much easier than my huge bulky double i already have.. and if so, where do i get this thing?? thanks
I have a 3 year old and want to switch to a small lightweight stroller. Which one should I buy? I will be using it mostly for mall and amusement parks. Should I buy the cheapest or the one with leg extender and recline for when he is sleeping at the amusement park? If I buy the Volo how well can a child sleep in it without his feet falling onto the wheels? Also has anyone used the new 2008 buckle? Is it way better than the 2007 version?
we need a TALL (dh is 6’5") umbrella stroller. we have a large quattro tour but it’s a PITA to put in the car for every trip. canopies are also super important to me!
1. whats the difference between the mac triumph and quest? i can find the triumph cheaper 0 and it has a better pattern than the cheap quest 0
2. do i relly need an umbrella that reclines for weekend shopping trips?
3. does the aria fold small enough to be compared to the umbrella strollers when it comes to fitting in the trunk.
4. does anyone have an umbrella peg perego like the pliko? it seems like as they age the lock stops working and you have to fiddle with it
5. will my husband kill me if i buy another stroller?
